Having an attitude of gratitude is a great way to bring your life into alignment…ask yourself what people,circumstances and issues your feel like giving thanks can be for having a best friend or for simply loving your coffee in the morning. The point of this daily excercise is to start waking-up your conciousness to take notice and inventory of the many blessings surrounding your life…A fun thing to do is put colored post-its around your home reminding you of your gratitude..i.e I love my garden or I love my coffee pot,  Have fun with uncovering the many things you are grateful for..It will brighten your day!
