Courage my frie…

Courage my friend“`The Cowardly Lion-The Wizard of Oz

Having courage requires that you merely take small baby steps toward your intended gesture, goal and sometimes dream. Breathing deeply in with the image of what you want and need and exhaling doubt, fear or worry. Developing a 2-3 min practice has proven to work for me on my own spiritual journey as well as  for my friends, family and clients.

Next, write down on an index card or post-it( in bright colors) and affix your goals or wishes to your mirror, fridge or door. Many mornings I have been greeted by a cheerful note in green sharpie cheering me on!

I wish you courage on this day and the next

. All blessings and love,Suzie

Messages….

Messages…..

Messages….

Take a line from a song that you love or connect with. Now forget the song, and turn that line into the title or inspiration for your post.

Life has a funny and precise way of grabbing your attention. The messages can appear in a song, a person, a scent or a memory of a past hurt or trauma. By paying attention to what stirs you up, touches your heart or angers you..You are being given direct messages of your work that still requires your attention. What is calling to you on this sunny Saturday? I am always ready, willing and able to take the spiritual challenge..how about you? Today for me it was in surrendering control to a friend who was adamant I do my brunch for family a certain way…I paid close attention to my defenses and then laughed and said yes. The freedom in that surrender gave me energy and also appreciation for my friend and the manner in which she shows caring through her food/party planning input. Have a blessed day!

The Body Never Lies…

The body has it’s own wisdom and by tuning in and listening to it we can evolve and therefore grow. I recently have been going non-stop working, caring for friends and clients and then BOOM…my lower back is in serios pain. After my initial upset about being somewhat immobile, I took my own pearls of wisdom. What is my body trying to communicate to me? And I got the message loud and clear: I need to take off a few days and not be super Mom, friend, healer, citizen and look after myself. I don’t need to do anything but relax. I have made arranagements for my 13 year old and he is covered. What messages if you listen closely does your body have for you?Are you willing to pause and take it in?All love and infinite blessings, Suzie: http://www.PrecisionIntuition.com

Nature is always there for you to experience…Inquire within…

Nature by far is one of the most potent and poweful SACRED places to learn about yourself, heal, expand and simply attain peace. When anything has ever happened in my life ,I always turn to the garden or any form of nature. It works!  You do not need to know anything about plants, terrain or wildlife and can actually start in a simple park setting or your very own yard. Simply find a place to sit quietly and experience the sensations you experience in your consciousness as well as how your body, heart and mind FEEL.

If you want to go the next step, roll uo your sleeves and touch the soil, hug a tree or cut some flowers and bring them in your home.

All love and blessings,

I AM here for you,

Love, love, love and then…

Love, love, love and then LOVE some more!!!

Happy Wednesday!  We as human beings all benefit emotionally, physically and spiritually by knowing we are valued. I believe that saying to oneself or a loved one each day “You are needed, you are wanted and you are loved can ultimately transform one’s sense of well-being!.

Try this: tell your child, spouse, friend or beloved one and simply feel its effects on your heart and theirs.

I Am here for you,

All blessings and love,,
